Paola Tomassini is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor with U.S. Trust who has over 25 years of experience working within the financial industry. Prior to joining U.S. Trust, she served in a variety of roles throughout her career including time as a Division Sales Manager at Contango Capital Advisors, Director of Executive Banking at National Bank of Arizona and as a Market Manager at Bank of America.

Larry Adamson is an attorney, CPA, and a certified specialist in estates and trusts law. Chris graduated from ASU’s W.P. Carey School of Business for accounting. Chris is a Vice President, Financial Consultant for the Tucson branch of Charles Schwab and Co. Inc. He works with individuals and businesses to create and implement custom wealth management plans and strategies. He is an avid golfer and fly fisherman and is very excited to share his knowledge with the Erickson Society Members. Chris is married and has one son.
As COO with Raskob Kambourian Financial Advisors, Steve oversees client relationships, SEC compliance, National Advisors Trust Company, personnel, marketing, budgets, and community outreach. His productive career has involved executive-level positions with the Bank of Marin and Northern Trust where he was responsible for all facets of wealth management including trust, banking and investment management services. Steve’s community service involvement includes top level positions with the Boy Scouts of America, Dominican University, Catholic Charities, American Institute of Banking, Rotary, the Marin Private Industry Council, Marin Housing for the Handicapped, and many others.
Roxanne joined TCI Wealth Advisors in 2017. and has with over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry. She was previously associated with BMO Private Bank, a part of BMO Wealth Management as the Vice President, and Director of Trust and Estate Services, Roxanne specializes in providing customized trust and estate administration for high net worth individuals and families as part of an overall personal wealth management strategy.
She earned a BS in Business Administration with a specialization in Management from the University of Phoenix. She is a graduate of Cannon Trust School and the American Bankers Association Graduate Trust School. Building relationships and untangling financial problems attracted Anne to the accounting profession. With a B.S.–Agronomy and M.S.-Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, she began her career with Touche Ross & Co. and spent eight years as a tax accountant and financial analyst with a national partnership syndicator and property management company in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Over the past seventeen years, Anne has made Tucson her home and developed a specialization maximizing after-tax wealth for high net worth individuals, trusts and estates, with additional expertise in fiduciary accounting. Anne’s professional affiliations include serving on the Board of Directors for the Southern Arizona Estate Planning Council, the Tucson Tax Study Group, the Y Foundation, and on the Professional Advisory Committees for the Community Foundation of Southern Arizona and TMC Foundation. Anne is also a member of the Arizona Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. She is a Certified Financial Planner, Enrolled Agent (enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service on tax matters), and is an Accredited Tax Advisor. She has been admitted to the Registry of CFP Licensed Practitioners and is a Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute. Pat is a member of the Financial Planners Association, the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors, the National Association of Tax Practitioners and the National Association of Enrolled Agents. She serves on a number of community boards.

In her previous position as Executive Director of the Center for Planned Giving, Leah guided donors and their professional advisors on how to best to accomplish philanthropic objectives. As a Certified Specialist in Planned Giving (CSPG), Leah is well-versed in the legal and tax aspects of charitable planning, including multi-generational planning. She has a broad financial background and entrepreneurial experience. Formerly a comprehensive financial planner she built two financial services practices. Leah has given hundreds of presentations on non-profit board best practices, rules, regulations and policies, fundamentals of planned giving and advanced gift planning techniques.
Leah currently serves as a member of the Tucson Medical Center Foundation Planned Giving Advisory Council and the Tucson Symphony Board of Directors. She has also served as President and board member of the Planned Giving Roundtable of Southern Arizona, National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, Arizona Youth Education Scholarships, and the Professional Advisory Committee of the Community Foundation of Southern Arizona.
